Volunteer: Budget Like A Boss

Students will learn the fundamentals of budgeting and how to effectively track their income, expenses, and savings. They will be given fictional scenarios (e.g., a college student with a part-time job, a recent graduate with loan debt) and must work through creating a realistic monthly budget. This hands-on activity encourages teamwork, problem-solving, and practical application of budgeting principles. By the end of the event, students will feel more confident managing money, planning for expenses, and making informed financial decisions.
