As a Big in our Site-Based Program, you’ll be matched with a local student (“Little”) based on shared interests and personality, making it easy to connect and build a genuine relationship. What You’ll Do: Meet with your Little 2–3 times per month during an after-school program or school day Play games, help with homework, or just spend time talking Encourage your Little’s confidence and curiosity Why It Works: Matches are made intentionally, so your shared interests make it natural to connect Flexible scheduling that works with your class load Training and ongoing support from BBBS staff Commitment: 2–3 visits per month for one school year It takes Little to be Big!
