Gallery Volunteers are asked to sit at the front desk to welcome visitors. Gallery Hours are from 10am-4pm Monday through Friday. Saturday Hours will start in February.
It is expected that volunteers:
- Warmly greet visitors
- Be on time and remember your scheduled shift
- Periodically walk through the exhibition to make sure the artwork is securely exhibited, look for any unwanted trash and if there are visitors ask if they have any questions
- Represent Fisk well, if you're volunteering, wear a Fisk shirt, if it's professional Wednesdays, dress for success in the gallery as well
- Learn the exhibition so. you can give a quick overview of the exhibition
- Potentially give an actual tour of the exhibition (we will have training sessions)
