We are asking for several volunteers (minimum 6) to help welcome guests and monitor the gallery during this week's opening of the Beverly Buchanan Exhibition, from 4-7pm on Wednesday, September 25. Please report at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the opening.
We are asking that you wear business casual attire, preferably black and white. Two volunteers will be at the front desk, two standing in the main gallery, and two remaining in the lower gallery. We can use two others helping to direct traffic and potentially take other guests to the Aaron Douglas Murals.
- Volunteers will welcome visitors.
- Please dress in business casual in all black, or black and white.
- Arrive at 3:45pm to check in.
