We would like to invite you, your colleagues, students, friends, and neighbors to participate in our Fisk University Environmental Program’s Community Workshop: “The Prevalence and Consequences of PFAS in our Community Drinking Water.” This workshop will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, April 5, 2025 in the Multipurpose Room on the second floor of Spence Hall on Fisk Campus. It can also be accessed on ZOOM.
It is important to increase vulnerable families and community awareness of the significant health and environmental impacts of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFAS) which are being found throughout our environment including sources of our drinking water, See attached flyer for more details.
