We are searching for volunteers to be Unified Partners with our Unified Basketball Team. Unified Partners are individuals without an intellectual disABILITY who trains and competes as a teammate with athletes with intellectual or developmental disABILITIES.
No Experience Needed!
Volunteer Needs & Responsibilities:
- Unified Partner
- Teammate: Partners are active members of a team.
- Inclusion: Foster meaningful inclusion where every participant has a valued role and contributes to the team.
- 12:30pm - Volunteers Arrive
- 12:40pm - Team Practice begins
- 1:35pm - Unified Game 1
- 2:30pm - Unified Game 2 (if scheduled)
