Robert Churchwell Museum Magnet Elementary is excited to host our Annual Fall Festival & Museum Night on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. This special evening brings together our students, families, and community for a night of learning, celebration, and fall fun!
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the event a success. Opportunities include:
- Assisting with event set-up
- Managing activity stations
- Serving food and refreshments
- Distributing treats and items to families
- Helping with event clean-up
Evening Schedule:
- 4:30-5:00 p.m. - Volunteers arrive, Set up
- 5:00–6:00 p.m. – Families tour classrooms and explore student artwork
- 6:00–7:00 p.m. – Trick-or-Treating and fall-themed activities throughout the school
