Join Preston Taylor Ministries in guiding children to uncover their God-given potential. Your weekly time and encouragement can help students realize the gifts that God has placed inside of them.
After a thorough onboarding and interview process, we will match you with an elementary-aged student from our program. Once assigned, you will meet with the student once a week at their school to eat lunch together or at their afterschool site to play games and/or do a bible study, and build a positive relationship. Days and times are flexible, depending on the mentoring program selected!
Programs include Lunch Buddies and R.I.S.E.!
- Lunch Buddies meet with an elementary school student at their school during lunch time to eat with them. Lunch times occur between 10am-1pm M-F.
- R.I.S.E mentors meet with an elementary student once a week M-Th between 3pm-5pm during afterschool programming.
These programs are flexible as mentors meet with their assigned student once a week, but can come any day of the week, depending on what is best for their schedule!
