On September 20th, Pawster will host a table at the Roo Fest at New Heights Brewing in support of Live Like Roo. This event is a chance to spread awareness about Pawster's mission and build community. This is a great way to do good while enjoying some festivities!
We need your help to staff the table!
Volunteers will sign up for one of the following shifts:
- September 20th - 10:30am - 1:30pm
- September 20th - 1:30pm - 4:30pm
A great volunteer will be able to:
- Shower love on all our friends at Light the Nations.
- Enjoy the fun of the festival
- Talk to people who come to the Pawster table and tell them about Pawster's mission
- Smile!
We'll provide everything you need and make sure you are fully prepared to talk about Pawster's mission:
Pawster's mission is to end pet homelessness before it begins, by providing Crisis Foster Care for dogs and cats. A crisis might be hospitalization, loss of housing, domestic violence, addiction treatment, natural disaster, or any other situation that leaves a pet owner temporarily unable to care for their pet. When a pet owner is in crisis, Pawster houses their dog or cat in a loving foster home until the owner is ready to be reunited.
