HBCU Spring Symposium, hosted as part of the HBCU Wellness Project, served as a collaborative forum to present and discuss findings collected directly from students regarding health, wellness, and campus needs. Student feedback highlighted key themes related to mental health, access to resources, preventive care awareness, and overall well-being. Community partners provided professional insight and contextualized student findings within broader public health and service frameworks, offering recommendations for program enhancement and sustainability. Legislator feedback further emphasized the importance of student-informed data in shaping responsive wellness initiatives and strengthening community–campus collaboration. Together, these perspectives reinforced the value of cross-sector dialogue and affirmed the role of student voices in informing future wellness efforts and community partnerships.
